Recovery from anything is a lonely journey. But do not be mistaken, this type of loneliness does not mean misery. It is part of the process of recognising one’s own denial, anger, and feelings without judgement from self or others. That awareness and soberness to the situation is what brings about a real hollow pain.  In feeling that, it clears space for a deep profound healing, and a self nurturing love that brings much light to the soul that you can then call upon in your darkest hours to guide you. It’s yours. You healed it 🤍
