Your dream should be on your mind every day.
Don’t forget it or give up on it. I dreamed everyday for recovery and I got it. Now I’m ready to tackle more dreams I have, I know it’s possible, for everyone.
My eating disorder taught me about strength. And that no matter the hold it had in me, I still got up, showed up and kept fighting through it even when I thought I can’t go on or didn’t want to.
Today I fight different battles and discover new strengths. One thing I’ve learned is the importance of Self compassion. That itself will show you your strengths. Be gentle, kind and forgiving in yourself. Never judge yourself, Be open and vulnerable.
And please, please never give up on your dream, who knows when lighting will strike.
